Althea (Len) and Kyria (Rin) Elysien, the twin princesses of the Lyraean royal bloodline, and the most recent inheritors of the Brand of Luxana, were cursed with the Brand of Neiran, out of that dragon's (Chiyu) jealousy of their royal line's power.
