“You trusted me, after all” 🌹🩸 #Vocagathering2026 coming to bandcamp soon! 🌹🩸 I finally got to upload this song that has been sitting around for so long… This was originally made for a project that my friend TsuruRoach was working on that has since been scrapped due to technical issues, but I was still proud enough of the song that I wanted to release it someday. Vocagathering gave me the push to do so, and here it is! I don’t want to explain too much of the story behind these characters since that is Roach’s story to tell, but this song comes from the point of view of the dark-haired seamstress character, Verene, a mysterious woman who makes wedding dresses for various brides but has never been married herself. Her dresses are created to fit the way she views each bride-to-be, and she decides that Calista’s dress cannot be white, but red.
