Yes, I know 'NyanNyanMelody' has already uploaded a version of Ievan Polkka sung by Gumi, and it's a fine video, but there are a few issues I wanted to clean up, including pronunciation and BG music. Hey! Where the f**k are the "sa"-thingies that she should be saying!? A: I know, I know. I took them out and replaced them with a square line because they just don't sound good with Gumi no matter what syllable you use. 2. WTF? This isn't Ievan Polkka! You got the instruments all wrong! A: Yes I did, because I re-wrote the song manually into FL Studio and there's no reference on the internet as to what the original instruments are, so I approximated them. 3. Dude! You suck! Gumi's all out-of tune in some parts! A: I don't suck. I actually put more effort into writing the lyrics than most people do. If you listen to the original version which I linked above, you'll hear that the original singer uses a lot of pitch-bending in the second half, which I replicated as accurately as possible. The only things I changed from the original are the key it's in (I went up to match the key of all the other VOCALOID covers), and I turned the swung-eighths in the second half into straight ones, because swing lines in a techno don't work.
