【Flower】 Lagtrain 【VoiSona Cover】

Due to my PC semi-dying and the off vocal for the cover I was originally planning to do for March no longer being available I unfortunately had to break my "at least 1 cover a month" streak I've had since January of 2022... It pains me... So, to make up for it, this is just the first cover of the month, and I'll do another one later~ Anyway, it was definitely interesting making this cover in VoiSona specifically. In hindsight, if I had done it with SynthV this would have been done way sooner, but I really thought Flower's voice would sound good with this song lol Basically, while I do like VoiSona, I have one issue with it that for the life of me I can't find a proper solution for: when there's a space between notes, no matter how small the gap is, the voicebanks are programed to sound like they're hyperventilating... And if the notes are super short with gaps next to them, the breath sound takes priority for some stupid reason, and will erase lyrics just to make sure the voice can inhale like they've been holding their breath for an hour... Lagtrain has a lot of short notes with gaps between them... Hence why I probably should have saved this cover for a SynthV bank lol So in the end, I had to extend a LOT of the notes, and as always with my VoiSona covers, during my mix I had to remove Flower's gasps for air between almost every note with the added bonus of also fixing any new timing issues that were introduced by me extending the notes and... it was a process, that's for sure lol I like how it came out in the end though, so it was worth it. -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- Music/Lyrics: inabakumori Illustration/Animation: Nukunuku Nigirimeshi UST: Magi_502 (edited in places while tuning) Vocals: CiFlower (VoiSona) Tuning/Mix/Translation/Thumbnail Edit: VOCAlight94 -+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+-+- Please DO NOT reupload or use my covers in your own videos, thank you.
