[UTAU-Synth] Pumpkin Head Spooky Dance [Harouka Aki Voicebank Release]

This is what Myst and I have been working hard on for the past week or so. Harouka Aki, a halloween themed UTAU with a slightly silly voice. I created and voiced Aki 4 years ago but never formally released her. After 3 years of being bugged by Myst to release Aki, I decided to find someone else with a more suitable voice (Aki's original bank was just a pitched down version of my voice) to record her. Aki's new voicer is µ: (pronounced as Mü), who also happens to be the one who designed Aki's current look. Aki's Candy append was going to be released today but we couldn't make it on time.
