Funeral Song - Magia Record Cover 【Synth V Mai】

Cover de la canción "Funeral Song" de Magia Record, es una canción representativa de la facción llamada "Folklore of Zero". Es una canción que no conocía y me recomendaron hace tiempo en los comentarios, en cuanto la escuché me pareció muy hermosa, así que decidí empezar a trabajar en un cover. La ilustración de Lavi Himuro la realizó @ruthjsk , así como el fondo, el cual fue inspirado en el calendario Maya. Las traducciones tratamos de realizarlas lo mejor posible, sin embargo es una adaptación que intentamos que quedara bonito y a la vez mantener el contexto lo mejor posible. En la parte instrumental me esforcé bastante, en mi arreglo hice cambios con respecto a la versión original, como por ejemplo; más percusión fuerte en los estribillos y le agregué la sección de viento metal para que sonara un poco más épico, además le agregué algunos detalles, como por ejemplo la parte en que le puse unos cortes en los instrumentos y voces para resaltar los golpes del segundo estribillo, pensé hacerlo también en el tercero porque me gustó como quedó, pero no lo hice para no repetir lo mismo, así que en lugar de eso le agregué arpegios en staccato de cuerdas y maderas para que el clímax suene más potente y épico que los estribillos anteriores. Las voces son principalmente la voz de Mai de Synthesizer V 2, pero en algunas partes de fondo está la voz de Felicia también. Al igual que otras veces, realicé la música en Fl Studio, las animaciones usando Blender y el ZGameEditor Visualizer para algunos efectos. I hadn’t heard this song before, but some of you recommended it to me a while back in the comments. As soon as I heard it, I thought it was absolutely beautiful, so I decided to start working on a cover. The illustration of Lavi Himuro was done by @ruthjsk , as was the background, which was inspired by the Mayan calendar. We tried to do the best job possible with the translations; however, it’s an adaptation where we aimed to make it sound nice while maintaining the context as much as possible. I put a lot of effort into the instrumental part. In my arrangement, I made changes from the original version, such as adding more powerful percussion in the choruses and including a brass section to make it sound a bit more epic. I also added some details, like the part where I inserted cuts in the instruments and vocals to highlight the beats in the second chorus. I thought about doing the same in the third one because I liked how it turned out, but I didn’t do it so as not to repeat the same thing, so instead I added staccato arpeggios in the strings and woodwinds to make the climax sound more powerful and epic than the previous choruses. The vocals are primarily Mai from Synthesizer V 2, but Felicia’s voice is also used in some background parts. As I’ve done before, I created the music in FL Studio, the animations using Blender, and the ZGameEditor Visualizer for some effects.
