【Daina and Avanna】If You Were Gay【VOCALOID Cover】

It's 2020 now and I love how YouTube automatically marked this as content made for kids. Fortunately I was able to say that no it's not. Sorry for any inconveniences that may have caused. I SHIP IT! (Not really.) 1080p60 HD available, wow! I love the Kaito and Big Al cover of this, and the VSQx was available for download, so I decided to make a cover of it myself, but with two female Vocaloids. I currently have five Vocaloids, three of which are females: Sonika, Avanna, and Daina. I figured Sonika's voice isn't well-suited for this kind of song. *tries playing it with Sonika in the Editor* Yeah, no. So that meant I had to use Avanna and Daina, and I figured that Daina's name is similar in terms of syllabic structure to Kaito's name, so therefore Daina should be the one singing and Avanna should be the one saying Daina's name and talking to her to have it match the Kaito and Big Al version the best. The original song is from Avenue Q. The VSQx was made by v3xman and is downloadable from https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NinEh8Zr_Gg I did edit the VSQx a bit myself, mostly adjusting parameters and changing phonetics. It made a HUGE difference though, and I feel like I learned a bit about how to edit and improve VSQ(x)s for specific voices. The artwork was made by Wildfire Echo ( https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCgPJKfL2Cw_1g-Aa6UHPBwQ ) specifically for this cover. She very kindly offered to do the art for this, and IT TURNED OUT TO BE SO BEAUTIFUL, OMG! IT'S ABSOLUTELY PERFECT, HHNNNNGG!! But the best part is that she has Oliver and she'd like to collaborate with me on writing songs! :D Right now we have an issue of compatibility, since she only has the Tiny V3 Editor and I mainly use the full V4 Editor, but hopefully we'll get that resolved soon. I've never collaborated with someone before, so I'm really looking forward to it! ^^ And if anyone else would like to collaborate with me I'm up for that too. :) I have some more videos that I still need to post, and I need to finish up with my UTAU voicebank, because I plan on releasing it in just over two weeks.
