【Nekomura Iroha】戯言スピーカー(Tawagoto Speaker)【Cover】+mp3 (+subtitles)

I know you might be expecting a good explanation for this just like in the SkyFish video. This is a really lazy cover with a lazy PV of a song that already has too many covers, but here are my reasons to upload it (appart from boredom): 1) I wanted to re-make that old cover of this song with iroha. It was one of the worst in this channel and someone put it into the Vocaloid Wiki. It was such an embarrassment that I had to upload this to compensate that. 2) I really wanted to start using Iroha V4. I mean Iroha, not Iroha Soft. There are a lot of people out there, maybe you've seen it too, all saying that Iroha Natural V4 is really bad in comparison to Iroha Soft, which is said to be much "nicer" and "smoother". And that's just a ruthless lie/myth. After a long while of being afraid of using it, I've discovered how far superior the Natural VB is to the Soft VB. But don't get me wrong, I do understand why some people may not like it: its pitch is really unstable, some transitions are really glitchy and it's one of the MOST COMPLICATED voicebanks ever to use (I still haven't mastered it) and it would be a nightmare for beginner users to tune, while Soft appears much more friendly and stable. And yeah, Soft can be a nice voicebank, but it's just at the level of others like Rin Warm/Sweet and many of the "soft/whispered" appends in vocaloid: They're easy to use, but dull and really unrealistic, and their tone is so generic that their voices become unrecognizable from the original Vocaloid VB. And yes, I know Natural is very glitchy, but as the name says it, it can be one of the most natural and realistic VBs in Vocaloid. It's low range is one of the richest and most human sounding I've ever heard in a synth. The falsetto samples, unlike MANY other vocaloids', actually SOUND like a natural falsetto from someone singing high notes instead of some mid-range notes artificially pitched-up. And while her mid-range is the most unstable when it comes to pitch, it has a lot of variety too. And all that complexity is what makes it so difficult to use at the same time, and that's why it might "appear" to sound bad if you don't tune it correctly. I actually have to tune it differently to how I tune other vocaloids, and I'm still getting used to it, but the results are so realistic that I think it's totally worth it, so,if you can, don't be afraid to give it a chance!
