The first file is from May 3rd, 2023, but it really started a long time before that, even. At the time, it began as a reflection of how I didn't know how to talk to people about how I was feeling, and how anger had stayed with me more than joy. Obviously, that's a terrible time. If you're struggling with that, don't lie. Tell people the truth, how you feel, what's bothering you. You're not you when you're grieving, and that's allowed. Grieve, hurt, feel, and grow. If you're angry, be angry, but realize that the anger is a symptom of refusing to acknowledge your pain. There's a few people who may see this and be concerned for me. Now, all these years later, I feel much better than I did. But I write and share this because I know there are others out there, struggling with the same things I did, the same hurt, and thinking "Nobody will ever understand, nobody will even care." That's another lie. People will understand and care. Talk to people who you care about, and let people know the truth.
