Overpowered by curiosity and yearning for something new Alice sought something that could feel meaningful for her. She fell through a rabbit hole and dug herself deeper and deeper. A fool's errand, perhaps, a race against herself to learn who would get spent faster: her, or the world. It's getting dark, and the flame is waning, so she won't allow herself to rest. That has made her weary, anxious and sleepless. ------------ Hey, hi again! It's the time of the month where I've managed to scrap enough time to finish a song. I hope it's been a good month so far for you! I felt the need to keep pushing the narrative forwards so, on this occasion, I've made an effort to try to develop what I laid down in "Bite the Rotten Apple". I'm experimenting with some things I'm not used to, but that's the fun part for me: trying new things. That's to say that I went a bit overboad with the last section of the song. Overall I feel proud of the result, even if there are some aspects I know for a fact I still need to polish a lot when writing the next songs. I love reading all your comments as well, thank you so much to every one of you! Each time I pull an all-nighter producing knowing that there are people out there that can enjoy what I do gives me a lot of motivation! And, there's that!
