He's by far one of my favorite! (Aside from Bert, of course) His voice is fluid, and deep. Personally, he's my favorite to use by far. While he's difficult to understand, knowing his background that is something that can be looked past! From what I understand, VOSIM stands for "VOice SIMulator," which is a chip that simulates vocal inflections and can be used as an instrument.
