Good evening~ This song is very personal to me, as it's about my struggle to get over someone who used to be a very important part of my life. I blamed myself for many years. But alas, I've moved on, and realized that there's so much more to live for. I'm grateful everyday for what I have and I'm always just trying to learn and improve. With that said, holy moly you wouldn't believe that this project started in... I think early May? Or April? It was my first time working with recordings, as well as River's first time recording lol. I had no idea what I was doing and my lack of direction probably caused things to take a lot longer than it should have. So I've learned to try and be more direct and specific with what I want. It was a lot of trial and error but eventually we got an amazing sound out of it! I want to thank River and her friends, who call themselves the Sandbox Trio. They did an amazing job and I wish them the best in their future projects!!! Last but not least, I want to thank Zoulou(•● ειo °) who I commissioned to make the beautiful illustration.
