Not everyone has the privilege to exist. The universe is running out of memory, and some entities have to be disintegrated so that they don't take too much space. This include living things like human. The Double Moon Project is a code name for a project aims to reduce the amount of information stored in the universe, by deleting the unwanted materials. This project is led by an unnamed red-haired scientist. The Kierkegaard Device is a large device that ressembles a moon splits into two, used to "safely" mass delete the unwanted information on Earth. "Safely" means, people won't realize that someone has just been deleted, as their memories about that person will also be deleted. That person literally vanishes. This is to avoid the people from realizing about the mass deletion and causing chaos. "The Orb of Despair" is a way to pronounce the password "ThObo_D6p8r", used to activate this device. The password is stored in an USB key which needs to be attached to the purple box of the device (the password cannot be typed). Many believed that if this USB key is destroyed, the device would not function. The truth is, the password in this USB key was only a temporary password that grants limited access to the device. It was needed for maintenance purpose and nothing more. After a while, people realize about this mass deletion and protests were carried out, but the motivation to fight died out quickly, as many realize that this action is necessary to stop the universe from dying. A small sacrifice is necessary to protect the billions of people living in this dying universe. The Butterfly is a part of near-vanish experience. They see a form of a butterfly that covers their whole view when they are about to be deleted. A theory for this is that, what they're seeing is actually the "distorted" light that vanishes together with them, combine with the fact that human eyes undergo "instant evolution" during that time in which their retina "evolve" to a "super-retina", allowing them to see outside of the visible spectrum.
