this song was originally lostwave. original description kept below for archival. previously known only as sweet hometown more info for how it was found: https://lostmedia.wikidot.com/sweet-hometown This song was uploaded to NND on July 17th 2009 by aRth, a user who would later be exposed for stealing and uploading others' songs as their own. While most of the songs aRth uploaded have been identified and sourced to their original creators, this is one of two that have yet to be identified. The other song we do not have in full, but this one received a YouTube reprint which is how we have the full audio. The other missing song, 思い出の作り方, has a short clip that can be viewed here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dV70pn0KH9Q&t=30s aRth was known to steal songs mostly from the now defunct blog Electronic Wind, but also from artists' personal webpages. He would also often modify the titles, so it is likely that "sweet hometown" is not the original song's title. Given this, it will be quite difficult to source this song back to its original creator, but I hope to bring more eyes and attention to this case.
