YAAAY I GOT THIS DONE! I legit thought art block would make me have to wait but then I cooked suddenly. I also put together the background using Ibis Paint X assets which was cool. I commissioned @skeleviisiion for the SVP back in October, then I had something happen that trampled my motivation to finish it for a bit. But it's done now! As usual, Sylvester is my OC I throw into my cover because the song reminded me of him a scary amount.
