I think that, for a lot of people (me included!), sarcasm and humor can be a bit of a vice, and I think it's very much worth trying to get better at, for other folks' sake, but also your own, and so I poured those feelings into these lyrics. Also I thought it would be funny to write a pop punk chord progression to back the stupid let me put my cat on the mic audio. Even in trying to be earnest I am not immune to the pull of the shitpost. sue me. p.s. not that this means anything to anyone *yet* (fingers crossed knock on wood) but this one is NOT CANON. my teto is unfortunately not anywhere near this emotionally self aware, and likely will not be without being put through the emotional wringer for like, a full album, if not several. anyways enjoy silly catgirl teto have a nice day #teto #synthv #poppunk
