jpg artifacting is like mold to me For those unaware, the bones of this song were written back in 2017 when I FIRST got into vocaloid. The entire melody and some of the lyrics were kept from the original version! I wrote a lot of songs during this era, none of which got any further than literally being words on paper and melodies I barely managed to remember, and working to realize these ancient ideas into actual vocaloid songs has been something I've been attempting since 2020, as part of a very long running MANDICE revival project. This song in particular was the first one I remember writing, and the one I didn't think would ever be recreated, specifically because the lyrics. Anyways, after changing the lyrics I would like to say that the irony of rewriting a song from 2017 to be about needing to move on from nostalgia obsession is not lost on me but overall it's something im trying very hard to work on and it's getting a lot better.
