【Hatsune Miku English】The Skies Above 【Original Song】

The least cheesiest composition I've done in terms of lyrics and progression. This is the last song that connects with my other two songs; *Whispers* “Bitter sweet canvas” and “Sentimental Cynicism.” You can guess who's perspective this is in 8). I took high consideration of Miku’s vocal range since it’s not very big and going too high or too low results in loss of timbre. This is a singable song for someone with a vocal range between A3 and C5 (might be C#5). I also have a Chinese version I’ll put up using Luo Tianyi. The reason for that is there was a Chinese vocaloid contest, but I didn’t place. The contest itself was a good drive to continue writing this song though, so I’m glad I attempted to enter ;). I have high doubts I will place in the Magical Mirai contest and won’t bother to check results, but that was also a good motivation to compose some other piece that I’ll put out later 8D! Mixing can also go die in a fire. I threw away using reverb since I started liking dry noises better and also tossed away heavy EQ, since I realized it made my instruments sound trashy. Other than that, I’ve also lost a lot of respect for the Vocaloid coverers who ghosted me who I used to respect. You can guess who they are considering I’ve contacted almost everyone. The final person I decided to contact just chose not to reply to me anymore even though nothing changed. I have one person who’s WIP, but we’ll see if that song succeeds. Whether anyone gains my trust now is based on actions rather than words now. I really have no interest in contacting anyone anymore. You have no idea how enthusiastic that last person was and just poof in thin air with no reasoning. I highly emphasize fun too and a lot of leeway. Maybe the demographic of people between age 18-25 isn’t a good group to work with (even though I fit in that range).
