...I've gotten really into Mitchie M's work recently. ^^ I like their songs because they tend to use musical modes that feel very dark and sad, despite their upbeat instrumentation and overall sound...however, I am a wiz at composing dark-sounding songs, so I thought this would be a fun opportunity to change the instrumentation in a way that leans into that. There is no key change in the vocals, all I did was make the instrumentals match them and it comes out sounding like such an angry song.
