At first I thought Siren (the girl in this song) is just a psychotic who is never satisfied with anything (which makes an okay villain) ,but then I came up with a theory...ironically, she is not happy with the way her citizens are acting and wants to kill them to "put them out of their misery" as the English lyrics indicate. I don't know, maybe the actual explanation is in the novel ,but since there isn't a translation, I don't know. Also how come I can see that the ending is gonna have her commit suicide.
