I wanted to do something a little more nebulous for a Murder Drones song…. Get it? Nebulous? Because it's all space themed hahah... I knew how I wanted it to sound and which vocal synth would fit perfectly for it, but when faced with lyrics, it was a bit difficult to write for a series that required me to watch two plot explainer videos for me to understand what was happening. And over explaining things in lyrics is no fun, so why not make up some metaphors and just do a whole lot of sick instrumental parts?
