I've been meaning to finish this remix and I had a tough time getting through it O: I've been in this weird funk recently and I've finally gotten out of it (I was also busy with some live shows)! For this song's full version, I wanted to pay homage to the original song in the 2nd chorus, and for the 2nd verse I brought in the drum & bass feels lol My favorite part of the remix is the triplet bridge where the song turns major. It's such an awesome change of pace and I think it really brings a lot of cool variation to the whole song. The hardest part of this remix was mastering it. I tried using a Maximus compression EQ for first time on the master channel and I really like how it affected the song. I'll be using this method more in the future!
