For those of you wondering about the creepy blue dude that appears about halfway into the video: he is the main "bad guy" of the game called Ao Oni, or Blue Demon. Basically, you walk around a haunted mansion with this guy chasing after you. There's a popular spin-off called Heta Oni, which is - you guessed it - based off of Hetalia. So the "blue" in this song is referring to the Ao Oni itself.
