I drew something quick with my mouse since my tablet is decommissioned atm (cable and adaptor broke, still waiting for the new ones to arrive) This is a song within the album "Untitled" which hopefully ill be finishing next year :) cheers! This song is based on real events that transpired in the Philippines (specifically started in my city) around when i was in highschool, you've probably heard about the drug war that happened. This is based on the many cases of that drug war, as well as the things i experienced around my neighborhood in that time. "Knock and Plead" is the english translation of the operation the PNP (Philippine national Police) carried out throughout the drug war. In Bisaya (my mother tongue) its "Toktok Hangyo" which was shortened to "Tokhang" meaning the cops would knock on your door and you would have to plead your case. Many cops planted shabu (meth) since the government was giving additional pay to those who can fulfill their quotas. Thus began the extrajudicial killings, many cases of people being killed for no reason.
