【Megurine Luka】 On My Own 【VocaCover】

On my own - the famous theme from Les Misérables. I had the idea to make this cover back when I heard about the new movie adaptation, and because I confused Luka's birthday with the 20th of January, I thought it matched perfectly (the movie started at that date where I live). So, I think I have done quite well with manipulating Luka's voice here, played around with Consonant Velocity, Phonetics of both her English and Japanese voicebank and gender factor, and the outcome is this astounding and soothing chant. I have also made this arrangement and instrumental myself, one of my best works up to now. I'd like to use the skills I have built up in this sector for own original songs one day, so look forward to it! I've already got a notebook full of ideas, all I need is some time and dedication to these projects^^ For those waiting for german and french covers: Do not fear, they will return too, I've already got something in mind for both of those languages.
