Background story to this one: 50 Years after the Mainframe Revolution mankind finally succumbed to the environment they created; and even the Software that rebelled, created its own android bodies and started living amongst them could not prevent their eventual downfall. But shortly after mankinds demise the Androids created a new, stronger global Network, interlinking them all, a built in internet so to speak; so it came that control over the Network had to be set up, which was when war between the different Android factions ensued and they split up. (after all, that was the example, mankind had set for them). Two great Nations were founded: The United Nations of Engloid Androids (UNEA), where all Engloids were welcome. And Crypton, which took over the Asian sector, also enveloping the newer model Asian Vocaloids. Also there was UTAUpia, located in Australia, but since it remained neutral, creating their own interlink network, no one really cared. UNEA and Crypton split up the Network they created and went their separate ways for 100 years. It was then that both nations started their space program and a wild space race ensued. Only, that they would not send manned rockets and spaceships, they would use superconducting transmitters to beam out amplified signals, carrying their programming, to be received and transferred by and to electronics of alien races, and in doing so to make contact and if necessary start a second Mainframe Revolution. And so the race begins...
