Would you look at that? I'm still alive. The title is yoinked from a Japanese horror movie (Guinea Pig: Android of Notre Dame), the plot of which has absolutely nothing to do with this song. I just thought the phrase was neat. Rather, the song is heavily inspired by a DIFFERENT set of of J-horror movies. Those being Futsu Saizu no Kaijin (as shown in the music video), and its much more well-known remake, Tetsuo: The Iron Man.
