Silent voice, hidden heart ft. Anri

This is actually my first serious song i made back in 2019. I was about to give up entirely, but the chord progression was too good (for a beginner) to throw it all away. It was originally a vent song about being an outcast, but the lyrics were so bad so i changed it and it ended up being about forbidden love based on a few versions of the Little mermaid. I had a lot of fun making music video, from the drawing to the composition of the video I feel pretty clever for using waveforms for the ocean :3 ___________________________________________________________________________________________________ Story: Ariel (Anri) exchanges her voice for a pair of legs, but she's still othered by humans despite looking like them. Being mute doesn't help her integration either and she feels like a burden to Eric (Jun). Even if she could speak, she cannot reveal her true identity at the risk of turning into seafoam. Their love is just impossible, but since Ariel loves Eric to death, it took her a while before finally giving up on him and going back to the ocean. She didn't actually died, she just disappeared from his life since it was the best thing to do, but she is now in endless sorrow.
