Acceptance of those with mental illnesses including but not limited to ADHD and autism is nearly nonexistent - the average Japanese person doesn't even have a slight idea what "autism" means. This video is a reflection of the emotionally draining experience I had living in Japan as an autistic person. Hopefully the happy-sounding melody ironically contrasts how depressing reality really is.
