I like CrusherP's style and Echo has had a special place in my heart for a long while now, as well as many other listeners' hearts, I'm sure. I've heard amazing covers over the years, including Zynthesiren's and Xandu's, and when I started making vocaloid metal covers of VocaP songs, I knew this one had to be done. As I sat down with it, I knew I wanted the bass guitar to play a big role here, so it leads twice in a huge way: once in the intro and once in the bridge. I hope it ended up sounding cohesive! Fun fact: It started out as a Vocaloid original sung by GUMI, but after becoming a classic, it got an official cover by Vivid BAD SQUAD to be featured in Project SEKAI, where it's the only song the group's ever sung entirely in English! When I saw the plushie merch, I knew I had to have it and now it cheerfully reminds me to keep fighting even if the enemy's invisible and we have no idea what's going on. By the way, I went ahead and used that plushie for the thumbnail, did you notice?
