Twenty One Pilots - Robot Voices (Spyrkastra cover feat. Hatsune Miku)

This cover started as a response to a Reddit joke post, but it turned into an opportunity to practice my skills, and, later on, it turned into a chance to reflect on where I've been and where I'm going, as well as the artists and musical styles that have influenced me. I started with an atmospheric indietronica vibe that reminded me of The Postal Service and Owl City, but then decided to switch to a future bass-style vibe for the drops. Also, I hid a few Easter eggs in here-- two from my earlier works, and one from a classic Vocaloid song. Can you spot them? I kept the same key as the original, but changed the chord progression a bit. I relied heavily on Vital and Moster Drums as usual, but you can also hear my Yamaya P115 digital piano, my Yamaha TRBX bass guitar, and, or course, my Yamaha Reface CS keytar. What's a Spyrkastra song without a keytar solo? I did indeed draw Miku playing a Yamaha KX5 keytar. It's for the nostalgia. There's an official figure of her playing that specific keytar, and several pieces of fanart inspired by that figure. All recording and mixing was done in Reaper, and the music video was made using Krita and Clipchamp.
