He asked Luka if she was free to maybe work on a thing with him, and she is indeed free since a lot of the work lately has gone to Miku and Teto. This is a great song. I always love when stuff is written in triplets (there's a more accurate way to say that), and UNDEAD has wonderful vocals and rock vibes. I can't believe this one doesn't have a 3DMV yet. That's criminal, HappyEle. Someone else lives in the vocaloid part of my brain besides Luka!!! WOW who would've thought??? But seriously, I endeavor to just use voices that are close to my heart. Yuma isn't nearly as up there as Luka, but that was a rigged game from the beginning. I have a lot of fond memories of specifically @manbo-p 's songs using Yuma. Good times. Yuma is easier to tune than Luka, but wow he was difficult to draw correctly. I put so much work into this, which is good and bad. GOOD because yay I like how it turned out, and a fully-rendered Ensemble Stars vocaloid cover is a treat, but BAD cuz I plan to do more covers in general and they really can't all have videos. I have a bunch of vocaloid songs and Ensemble Stars songs that are lined up like little ducks for cover-making, so I'm just putting it out here that it should NOT be expected that I'm doing MVs for all of them from now on. I would die. Speaking of MVs, Clipchamp was giving me hell for this one. I don't know if it's my laptop struggling to breathe by the time I have all the elements in the editing file, or if Clipchamp is just buggy at times, but I had to re-export this a bunch of times cuz I kept finding places where transitions disappeared or text was cut off in the mp4 export but not in the editor. I tried so many things to fix it, but eventually had to take a super old save that I uploaded to YT as a draft and clip the first few secs from it and plop it in the editor. That is why the first maybe 15 seconds are so low res. Life is sad. I was sooooo frustrated. If any errors in the video remain, I'm blaming clipchamp. NOTE TO FUTURE ME: no matter how much you like the UI of clipchamp, please put in the effort to learn a different editor for more complicated projects. Thank you for your service clipchamp, but fix yourself plz. I wanna learn Davinci Resolve but wow my Surface and its 8 GB of current can NOT handle that rn. Hope y'all liked this one.
