Trap https://x.com/musiquelux?s=21 Movie clips used in the MV are licensed by “iStock”, based on paid charge. ◼︎コンセプト 大学入学後のはじめての夏休みに、仲の良い友人達と湘南の海に遊びにいった時のことを、夏の間に思い出したことに制作の契機はある。 何であんなにもこの上なく楽しく、幸せだと思えたのか、あの頃の自分はどんなことを思っていたのだろう？、と振り返っていった。 大学時代には類稀なる才能や鍛錬の賜物、のようなものをもった人たちと、その人たちが披露する才能の塊、みたいなものを、数多く見る機会があった。 高校時代とは比べものにならないくらいの可能性や選択肢の広がりに、とにかく驚いて、あれも、これも、と、やりたいことばかり、それを自分の手で取り組んでいけることの悦び、のようなものを時間が許す限り、エンジョイしていたと思う。 また、尊敬の眼差しで見ていた人たちと切磋琢磨していく中で、自分も成長できている実感を噛み締めていたような時期であり、とても充実した時間だったような記憶。 そうした回想のようなものを表現してみたい、と思い、 この曲に落とし込んでいます。 夏も終わり、という時期にきていますが、爽やかに夏の暑さの中で、走り抜けるような感じの曲想に仕上げています。 ◼︎Concept The inspiration for this work came from a memory that resurfaced this summer—a trip I took with my close friends to the beach in Shonan during my first summer vacation after starting college. I found myself looking back, wondering why it had felt so incredibly fun and happy, and what I must have been thinking back then. During my college years, I had numerous opportunities to encounter people who possessed rare talents or the fruits of rigorous training, as well as the sheer concentration of talent they displayed. I was simply amazed by the breadth of possibilities and choices—far beyond anything I’d experienced in high school—and I think I spent as much time as I could enjoying the sheer joy of tackling everything I wanted to do with my own hands. It was also a time when, as I competed and learned alongside those I looked up to with admiration, I truly savored the sense of my own growth—a period I remember as being incredibly fulfilling. Wanting to express these kinds of memories, I’ve incorporated them into this song. Although summer is coming to an end, I’ve crafted the song’s atmosphere to feel like a refreshing dash through the summer heat.
