Original Song: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KushW6zvazM English Cover from Jubyphonic: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mQrXFbwi-gY&t=24s Tools used: Vocals: SOLARIA AI Mixing: Reaper Art: Krita Vid: Vegas Pro 14.0 WOOO SOLARIAAAA YEAHHHH HONESTLY i didnt expect myself to actually like buy a voicebank since i've been getting along just fine with the lite versions (honestly, they arent that bad you just have to pull some tricks with them) but i got confirmation that I can't actually commercially use lite vbs and ive been rolling around the idea of making originals for a while so,,,, solaria haha to be completely frank! i was a little thrown using solaria. ive gotten so used to using ellie lite that my immediate reaction was actually a little negative; solaria simply didn't react the way i expected her to and while i like the way this cover turned out in the end i still think i could have taken the time to really push the tuning harder. but thatll be for another day i think lol i wanted to get this cover out as soon as i could speaking of, i've literally been stressing about this cover for like the past WEEK hahaha i blocked out all the main lyrics and then picked out the harmonies by ear and all that using ellie and anri at first, as well as doing the art and even starting the video way beforehand so that i could just slam my way through tuning solaria and mixing the song and get it out really quick. but due to stressing about it and other various obligations i actually burnt myself out pretty bad, which is why this is releasing on the 20th instead of the 19th hahaha guess rushing sometimes is actually slower in the long run a little fun fact about this cover: a long time ago (prob a year or so) i started trying to cover it with eleanor forte's tech demo (back when i was still stubbornly clinging onto it and refusing to upgrade) and i never finished bc the harmonies were daunting and i couldnt figure out how to make her sound as powerful as i wanted. so having this cover finished feels rather cathartic in that respect as well the art for this one? i kinda popped off im really proud of the alternate color palette i gave her. the vid is basic tho i wanted to do some fancier stuff but i decided not to give myself health problems by braving after effects in the state i was in mixing turned out pretty okay! i still think i need to improve, the lead vocals are fighting the instrumental somewhat but im happy with how the harmonies layer welcome to the team solaria!!! really excited to see what i'll be able to do with her in the future --- #synthv #synthvSOLARIA #SOLARIA #vocaloid
