Yandere idol Gumi! The concept for this one kind of came full circle. I wanted to channel a negative emotion (jealousy at other people's success which sucked my enjoyment out of something I love) into something constructive so I framed it as a love song as I sometimes do, but then I made the visuals about an idol being jealous of other idols for having more fans. If this had an MV, the designs of Gumi's suitors would represent different professions other than being an idol. Or maybe instead of pursuing her romantically they'd literally be handing her job applications lmao. But she just wants to be your oshi. The designs for Gumi, Miku, and Teto in the art are based on: a cover of Candy Candy (originally by Kyary Pamyu Pamyu), World is Mine by Supercell, and Spoken For by Flavor Foley, respectively. Miku is the number 1 idol in the whole wide world, of course, and Teto is successful enough as an idol to be very stressed about the pressure that comes with fame.
